On behalf for the 2009 Texas Wing Annual Conference committee, we are pleased to announce The Texas Wing Celebration package that
includes complimentary Manager's reception, complimentary Hot breakfast and heated outdoor
swimming pool, and expansive conference center and wide range of meeting and events spaces were we can host our
conference and awards banquet/ formal meal Celebration for years to come.
The conference will start with a General Session and awards Celebration, and conclude with an awards banquet.
A full day of seminars, briefings from National Headquarters staff, workshops and updates from the Wing staff are planned
for attendees.
We will feature hands on activities and seminars that will provide tools to both officers and cadets in serving our
communities!

2 room suite with 1 king bed- or 2queen beds - non smoking - complimentary cooked to order breakfast-evening

center and Prime Outlet Mall. Two main airport within 40 mile, Austin Bergstrom International Airport,
and San Antonio International Airport as will as the local San Marcos airport, home of the famed Central
Texas Wing, military fighter and attack aircraft of the 1939 - 1945 era, and Tex Hill Composite Squadron,
with three asphalt runways, each more than a mile in length and aligned in a way that virtually eliminates
crosswind operations and would make it convenience for members to fly in to and located just five minutes
away from the Conference Center .

If cancellation occurs within the Cancellation Policy period, a charge of one- night's room rate,
